I have used Roto Rooter several times and have been very pleased with the service but this recent visit left me not so satisfied. $200 to install a toilet is too much plus the worker left puddles of dirty water which he then walked through the house with his muddy boots. I will think twice about using them again AND will ask the cost beforehand.
They were supposed to be there at 8 am the office called at 8:30 said they would be there in 15 or 20 minutes they got there at 9:45 am the guy had half of a camera had to wait on another guy to bring the other part the monitor- I had the pipe open for them he finally ran the camera for 2 minutes and charged me $ 277.00 WOW
The man who came out to my home was very professional and courteous. I was given the price upfront as a free estimate and he made sure our pipes were running and sealed before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again!
